Directions
 
Before you apply, make sure your hands are clean. With your finger, scoop out a small amount and rub it on both your hands as though you were applying lotion. Then, massage for 3-5 minutes for best results. Apply more if needed. You can use this salve at least 3 times a day if needed. This product is meant to be used on a daily basis for at least 30 days. After 30 days, you can start using it every other day until you start using it as needed. This salve may stain your clothes. Use caution if you apply it to your feet because you may slip. Be sure to wipe off any extra oil off your skin. Do not get this product in your eyes. External use only. Keep away from children and pets. Keep the salve in a cool, dry area. If it is too hot, the salve will melt but will solidify but may be less effective.
